These conditions govern your use of questandfeast.com and any cookbook you purchase through it. The service is operated by Th90LLC (“we”, “us”). By placing an order or using the site, you accept these conditions. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

We may update these conditions; the version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place your order.

We sell personalized cookbooks, built from the choices you make in the cookbook builder (world, diet, goal, skill, cooking time and equipment) and the details you provide (such as your character name). Editions may be digital (PDF) or printed (hardcover, layflat and other formats as offered on the site).

Because every book is produced to your specification, the recipes and content of your book are unique to your build. We describe the general shape of each edition on the site before you buy.

Our books are creative works for your table and kitchen. They are not dietary, medical or safety advice — consult a qualified professional for that.

Prices for each edition are shown on the site before you order. The leaflet PDF is charged at checkout through our payment provider, in the currency and amount displayed there. The hardcover and the Legendary Edition are pre-orders: they are charged only when production of your book begins — never at checkout. The charge timing for your specific edition is shown at checkout before you pay. Taxes, where applicable, are added at checkout.

Some products may be offered as pre-orders. When a product is on pre-order, the timing of the charge and the expected delivery window are shown at checkout before you pay — and nothing else is charged later without your explicit action.

Digital editions are delivered to your book library on the site, available once your book is finished.

Printed editions are produced and shipped by our print partner. After payment, your order goes to press within approximately three days, then ships to the address you provided; courier and tracking information appear on your order page once available. Delivery time depends on your location and the courier.

You may cancel a physical order within one hour of placing it, directly from your order page. After the order goes to press it can no longer be cancelled, because production has started on your specific book.

Apart from that cancellation window, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, and we do not offer replacements.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that the content of your book is generated, that our quality control is automated, and that mistakes can still happen despite our best efforts to provide top quality.

You keep every right in the personal details you give us (your character name, your build choices). You give us the limited permission we need to use them to generate your book and deliver your order — and nothing more. See our privacy page for how your data is handled.

You promise that the details you provide do not infringe anyone else’s rights. We will refuse or remove builds that try to use the names, characters or marks of others.

The site, the artwork, the worlds and the books we generate are protected by copyright and other rights owned by us or our licensors. You receive your book for your own personal use: read it, cook from it, gift a copy you bought. You may not resell, reprint or commercially exploit our books or the content in them.

Do not use the service to generate unlawful, hateful or harassing content; do not interfere with the site or its infrastructure; do not misrepresent your identity to place orders. We may refuse or cancel orders that break these rules.

We deliver the service with reasonable care, but we do not promise the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim connected to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these conditions limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
